The meeting was called to order by the Chair Karen Hiller.

The November Board minutes were approved.

Reverend Phenix asked for clarification on the Bylaws regarding a quorum. David Leamon moved that the Board recommend a change to the general membership that a quorum will be a majority of those members present. Motion passed.

Chair Karen Hiller presented to the Board her recommendations to fill the positions of TAT Treasurer and Secretary with there being one secretary responsible for the Board and one for the general membership. Joe Swalwell was elected treasurer, Pam Mullins membership secretary, and Ann Craig board secretary.

People who are interested in improving the quality and image of Central Topeka, particularly people who live in or own property in the Central Topeka area from Monroe to MacVicar and 21st to the Kansas River, are particularly encouraged to attend. For further information, call 234-2883.
