Rob Banks presented a financial report and a summary of the current and previous year’s transaction. Don Taylor reported that the Secretary of State annual report was filed. Don Taylor will work on the IRS-990 filing.
There was a breakfast meeting set up by Jim Turner. Lana Kennedy attended the meeting. Work on the various talking points was done. The $5,000 commitment from Robb & Company for Phase III has been paid to the City. Next committee meeting is the 22nd at 9 AM Starry Night Café.
The Art Fair is set for September 9th from 11 A to 4 PM. There is banner up at the park.
Deb Swank recapped the meetings to date. The “BodBlast” is set for August 19 fro 9 AM to 1 PM. Molly Shea has reported that there are fifteen different projects set up. Lunch will be catered on campus at a cost of $11 per person and she said they are expecting 150 people.
We held a discussion of what happened at the City Council meeting and future plans to help pass code changes.
Jim turner is working to Greater Auburndale to become active.
The July meeting will be a presentation about the current status of work on the college Hill Business District Redevelopment.
