The TurnAround Team, Inc. Board Meeting – 10 February 2011

Delores Smith, Vice-Chair, called the meeting to order at 7:10 PM.

Attending: Clara Gamache, Stephanie Hall, Frank Meadows, Roy O’Neil, Delores Smith, and Don Taylor.

1. Financial Report
Stephanie presented the financial report.  Hartford insurance was cancelled and a refund was received.

2. Liability Insurance
Delores reported that a full umbrella liability policy for TAT will cost $1,020.  Motion by Roy to approve expenditure to acquire insurance; Second by Frank; Motion passed unopposed.

3. Relationship Agreement
Stephanie presented the relationship agreement.  Tabled until next Board meeting.

4. Stephanie reported that she will work on setting up a Facebook page for TAT.  Delores moved to proceed with the work; Roy seconded; Motion passed unopposed.

5. General discussion of updating and modifying information on our webpage.  Discussion of the officers of the other neighborhood groups under out TAT Yahoo Group.

5. Announcements
Aaron Douglas Art Fair committee meeting on February 12.
General meeting on February 28 will be Harvesters training.  There will also be a training class at TBC on February 28 at 2 PM.
March General meeting is a candidate forum for District 6 City Council.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:35 PM.
