Rob Banks called the meeting to order at 7 PM.
Present were: Joe & Pat Abbey; Rob Banks; Karen Hiller; Alex Kovalchuk; Barbara
Leal; Henry McClure; Robbie McDowell; Roy O’Neil; Duane Pomeroy; Don Rice;
Delores Smith; and Don Taylor.

1 – Don Rice reviewed the financial report. Moved to approve expenditures
for Aaron Douglas postcards for $150. Passed without opposition.
2 – Discussion of meetings. October will be the fall recognitions and Don
Taylor will put the program together. Future meetings could cover Code
compliance / Ordinances, brick streets in College Hill, and Landlord issues
3 – Henry reported on the progress in occupancies in the College Hill
Redevelopment area.
