Rob Banks called the meeting to order at 7 PM.
Present were: Joe & Pat Abbey; Rob Banks; Karen Hiller; Alex Kovalchuk; Barbara
Leal; Henry McClure; Robbie McDowell; Roy O’Neil; Duane Pomeroy; Don Rice;
Delores Smith; and Don Taylor.

1 – Don Rice reviewed the financial report. Don reviewed information from
CoreFirst about CD options. Motion to transfer $5,000 to a 7 month CD at
4.75 APR. Passed without opposition. Rob Banks and Don Rice to have
signature authority.
2 – Discussion of meetings. October 22nd will be the fall recognitions and
Don Taylor will put the program together.
3 – Discussion of College Hill business area marker. Janet Zoeble will make a
presentation at the November meeting.
4 – Neighborhood Reports
College Hill parade of homes on Sunday.
Chesney Park is working on the next section of the mural wall.
Old Town is working on 501(c)3 status.
Meeting adjourned at 7:50 PM.
