Duane Pomeroy called the meeting to order at 7 PM.
Present were: Clara Gamache; Alex Kovalchuk; Ann Newell; Duane Pomeroy; Delores
Smith; and Don Taylor, and Linda Woolf.

1 – Duane reviewed minutes from the May Board meeting.
2 – The CD was extended for 7 months. Interest was moved into checking.
Alex is updating the form for contributions.
3 – We discussed the idea of the City Manager coming to visit with us. It
appears that he trying to make the rounds of neighborhood organizations.
4 – The July general meeting will feature candidates for County Commission.
It will be an open forum.
5 – The Great Wall link has pictures of current work. The current panel is
Central Park’s and Chesney Park will start next.
6 – Aaron Douglas Art Fair is getting busy. The art director got swamped and
stepped down. There will be a PR conference some time in August. Committee
meetings are 2nd Saturday at College Hill Clubhouse. Next meeting is July 19
at 10 AM. TAT will have the drinks concession.
7 – Announcements
The annual report is filed.
September general meeting is canceled.
Apple Festival is 9/20-21
Art Fair is 9/27
Cider Days is 10/4-5
Work on TE application is slow. Don will work on the CIP budget issue.
