Duane Pomeroy called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
Present were: Rogers Brazier; Jake Fisher; Stephanie Hall; Sally Kahle; Susan & Terry
Kerr; Alex Kovalchuk; Karen Hiller; Duane Pomeroy; Roy O’Neil; Don Taylor; and
Linda Woolf.

1 – Linda has the financial sent to her house for convenience. The TCF
quarterly report will be out in mid-May.
2 – We welcomed Stephanie Hall from the library and Terry & Susan Kerr
from Historic Old Town.
3 – City Election Recap – Karen Hiller is now District 1 representative on the
city council.
4 – Art Fair Affiliation Agreement – Discussion of the need for such an
agreement for a committee of TAT. It will be on the May agenda. Email
comments to Duane and the Board ASAP.
5 – Bylaws Committee had no report. Trying to set up meetings.
6 – Phase IV of the Washburn-Lane Parkway Lights did not get any stimulus
funding.
7 – Get recognitions stuff to Don ASAP.
8 – Sunday May 17th will feature a piece on Bungalow Homes. HB 2083 had
a committee hearing. Citizens United For Public Transportation could use
our help to keep buses running.
