The TurnAround Team, Inc. General Meeting – 24 July 2006
Deb Swank, Chair, called the meeting to order at 7 PM. In attendance were 12 people.
1. College Hill Business District
Henry McClure talked about the status of the redevelopment work and what is next. Demolition is in full swing now. He had with him a drawing set for Buildings A, B, and C. Each building in the entire project, excluding the clubhouse, is a three-storey structure. Buildings A, B, and C have retail on the first floor. “The right mix of retail is important.” Color renderings for the buildings will be posted on a website very soon. They are still on track for a summer 2007 completion. The complex will have extensive video security. Work is going on to recruit retail occupants. The group looked at the pedestrian layout and asked a number of questions. The meeting was a brief overview by Henry with a lot of questions and answers about the work and the process.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 PM.
