| Duane Pomeroy called the meeting to order at 7:10 PM. Present were: Roy O'Neil; Duane Pomeroy; Delores Smith; and Don Taylor. |
1 – Delores presented a proposed slate of officers: Duane Pomeroy-President;
Delores Smith-Vice President; Stephanie Hall-Treasurer; and Don Taylor-
Secretary. Roy moved to accept; Delores seconded; Motion passed
unopposed. Linda Woolf will continue as Assistant Treasurer.
2 – The members present briefly discussed the City Council races in broad
terms. March General Meeting will be a candidate forum.
3 – Delores reported on activity with the Harvesters Delores and Mr. Cook
have worked out the details of an arrangement and the resulting contract was
reviewed. This is unusual for Harvesters because they usually deal directly
with a church. The distribution is planned for the 2nd Tuesday each month at
the Expocentre Parking Lots A & B. TBC plans on having 26 volunteers. Work
is underway for some media coverage to thank the County Commissioners for
their help in setting it up. Delores is still working on the liability insurance
umbrella that will cover TAT, ADAF,County, Expocentre,Kroger, City, and
SMG..
4 – Roy reported that work on the next mural wall panel has started and they

on funding.
