The TurnAround Team held a town hall meeting on February 27, 2006, to discuss Phase IV of the Washburn-Lane Parkway project. Neighbors and businesses from the north end of the Parkway were specifically invited to this public meeting. Elements of Phase IV that were discussed included pedestrian lighting, a proposed roundabout at 5th and Willow, and monuments or markers to be placed at the north end and south end of the Parkway. Discussion of the proponents followed the presentation and all interested parties were invited to be a part of the planning and fund raising necessary to complete Phase IV.
